3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking form. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final costs may vary if the job scope changes on the day. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the job will incur no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
6. Liability
Caesario Logistics is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by improper packing by the customer, or for items not disclosed at the time of booking. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring all items are ready for collection at the agreed time. You must declare any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items prior to the job. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or refusal to transport.
8. Airport Transfers
We monitor flight times where possible, however we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing sufficient travel time.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
